Let us know if you’d like us to create a sandbox instance for you. Things to check:

• Look at the Agile K12 custom objects to ensure that data is populating.
• Create a marketing list based on the data in Agile properties.
• Prospect a handful of records using the prospecting tool.

Use the prospecting tool to create saved searches that match the requirements of your data license. Keep the ‘Limit to License’ box checked.

Check the ‘Run List Weekly’ box for all saved searches you want to import automatically. These will import new records on Monday mornings, around 6:00am MT.

You can add Agile properties to the view on the company and contact pages. Some important fields to consider adding:

• Contacts
  • Personnel Status Text – indicates if an educator is Active or Inactive
    • When prospecting or marketing, ALWAYS exclude inactive personnel from your lists.
  • Agile’s Email Address – keep this near the standard email field
  • Agile’s Job Title
  • Any other properties that are important to your team
• Companies
  • Institution Status Text – indicates if an institution is Active or Closed
  • Institution Name Proper 
  • Enrollment or other institution data that’s important to your team
