Agile never sells or discloses any information about our clients. Any client-related information is used solely on a transactional basis as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
If you would like to request the personal data we have made available to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, please submit a request by entering your email address in this form: https://personalinforequest.agile-ed.com/InfoRequest. This request may be made once per year, and if we locate your information in our database, we will email it to you. You may opt out of our personal data offerings by completing this form: https://personalinforequest.agile-ed.com/. Please note that this will not remove any publicly available information, such as state or federal records of employment at public schools. You may also appoint an authorized agent to make either of the above requests on your behalf; however, we may require evidence of that authorization before we comply with any request made by an agent.
To minimize the possibility that information is accessed improperly, Agile must use reasonable methods to verify the identity of the requestor before responding. If we cannot verify the requestor, we will either deny the request or ask for additional identifying information. It is our goal to respond to your request for the collected information, the deletion or changes to the information we maintain within 45 days of receiving that request. If we require more time or unable to comply with your request, we will inform you of the reason and inform you of the extension period for completion in writing.
