After you install AgileConnect, the Integrations team will schedule three jobs for you.
Weekly Match JobÂ
This runs once a week and attempts to match all companies and contacts against our database. We append our unique identifiers to any matched records. This prevents duplicates, since the integration won’t insert any records if the unique ID is already present. It also allows us to update your existing data.
Daily Match JobÂ
This runs on the remaining weekdays at the same time as the weekly job. Instead of matching all companies and contacts, it only matches newly added or recently updated records.Â
Weekly Update JobÂ
This job updates the Agile custom properties for matched companies and contacts. The integration does not update the standard HubSpot properties to avoid overwriting your data. To update the standard HubSpot properties, create a workflow.Â
