2.0 Release Notes

Education-specific matching
- The newest version of AgileConnect features Agile’s proprietary matching logic which leverages Agile’s advanced and specific understanding of the unique structure of the education universe. This matching logic provides more confident matching results because it is designed to access significantly more data within Agile’s universe which helps discover and identify strong matches.

Education-specific prospecting
- The newest version of AgileConnect features Agile’s proven prospecting tool, Data Explorer. This tool allows for advanced selection criteria to build targeted lists.

Configurability

- Agile’s data team is consistently refining the data in the Agile universe, which includes both the addition of new data and data points and the removal/clean up of inactive and old data and data points. This enables AgileConnect users to access the newest data-driven insights.

Security

- AgileConnect maintains the highest standards for data security, and systems are continuously tested and updated. Data is stored securely and is encrypted in transit and at rest. All client resources are handled with special care to minimize client information persistence.

Custom Object Handling

- AgileConnect can better recognize the relationship between standard and custom objects in your CRM/MA system. When a standard object is deleted, the integration now ensures that related custom objects are also cleaned up, preventing data from becoming inconsistent or incomplete by creating orphaned or duplicated custom objects.

Client Feedback

- Based on client feedback, the following enhancements have been made to version 2 since its release in November 2024:
  - Ability to easily add additional custom Agile properties to HubSpot.
  - Ability to choose which day the sync is run.
  - Custom object configurability report for easy reference of which properties are being updated in HubSpot.
  - Added Custom Cards to HubSpot for Companies and Contacts.
  - Ability to check a box on the Prospecting page to limit the list to licensed data.
  - Ability to filter by job title when prospecting contacts at a specific account.
  - Added the Inst_UID and Personnel_UIDs to the Get Match results.
