Update Instructions

Deleting API Integration User

Navigate to Marketo Engage Home

Click on Admin

Click on Users & Roles

Click on the Agile K12 API User
- This user may be named differently. However, it is the API only user that was created when the AgileConnect integration was first installed.

Click Delete User

Create API User

In Marketo, select Admin

Click Users & Roles

Select Invite New User

Fill out Step 1: Info with the following information:
1. [email protected]
2. AgileConnect
3. Integration
Click Next

Fill out Step 2: Permissions with the following information:
1. Select Agile API Internal (all workspaces)
2. Check API Only
Click Next

Click Send

Navigate to LaunchPoint in the left-hand pane

Select New Service under New

Fill out New Service form with the following information:
1. AgileConnect
2. Custom
3. AgileConnect 2.0
4. [email protected]
Click Create

Select View Details

Copy Client ID and Client Secret (set aside for use in Authenticating the Application section)

*ID and Secret values are hidden for security purposes

Navigate to Web Services in the left-hand pane

Under REST API, copy Enpoint, do not include /rest (set aside for use in Authenticating the Application section)

Authenticating the Application

Click the installation link that you received from your Account Manager. Log in with your Agile username and password.

Click Authenticate

Fill Marketo Installation form with the following information:
1. Client ID
2. Client Secret
3. Client Base URL
Click Submit
