AgileInsight’s self-serve interface makes analyzing your data easy with our free Data Health Report. Once you receive your login credentials, simply upload your data file, use the drop-downs to map your file fields to Agile’s for data verification, and click Start Match. You’ll receive notification when the assessment is complete and your report is ready to view.

Questions And Answers

Uploading and mapping your fields takes only a few minutes, once you have your .CSV file ready for upload.

Matches can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours to run, depending on the size of the file and the completeness of the data. More sparsely populated data can take much longer to run so whenever possible try to provide a more complete data set.

You must upload a .CSV file of your data export, and Field Names must be in the first row, be unique, and be less than 128 characters. Below are examples of required, strongly recommended, and optional fields that will aid in better matching:

Institution

  • Mailing Zip Code
  • Website URL
  • Phone Number
  • Institution Type
  • IPEDS ID
 
Personnel
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Client Personnel ID
  • Email Address

Your Data Health Report will identify:
  • What percentage of your file can be matched with Agile data and details about those records
  • Information for matched records identified as available in Agile’s database that your file is missing
  • What portion of the institutions in your file are no longer open
  • What portion of personnel are no longer active in the same district

The match rate is dependent on how complete the data is, as well as the composition of the data.

Agile will use the data provided to perform an automated match against our universe of educators and institutions. The match report will display new insights about your data. No modifications will be made to your uploaded file.

There are a number of services that Agile can provide, including:

  • Flag duplicates and closed institutions/inactive personnel
  • Append information from the 300+ fields we have
  • Use matched records as an inclusion or suppression list for marketing list purchases
  • Custom reports
  • For use with Agile integrations (ConnectLink, AgileConnect)

Yes, the data you upload is secure. The uploaded file and the data used in matching will be encrypted. The only time the data is unencrypted is when it is in use for the matching process.

Agile stores your uploaded data in a secure hosting environment, and encrypts the file as well as the data when it’s in the database. Your uploaded data will be stored for 30 days for potential follow up requests such as appending of Agile data, flagging of inactive personnel or closed institutions, determining potential licensed personnel, etc..

If you decide to utilize additional Agile data services, after your AgileInsight Data Health Report is complete, your data may be stored longer than 30 days (depending on the service timeline).
