We recommend a ConnectLink Audit every 12-18 months. We’ll review your settings, field mappings, scheduled jobs, page layouts, and other relevant configurations, and compare them to our best practices. During a call, we will review the results together. Afterwards, you will receive a PDF outlining our findings and any recommended actions.
We’ll review:
Estimated Time: less than 2 minutes to grant login access, 30-45 minutes for the audit review call
To get started, have a Salesforce admin grant support login access to Agile Education Marketing and email your account manager and the integrations team to confirm we have access. Usually, a week is enough time for us to complete the audit.
