Review the Data Dictionary provided by your Account Manager and return the document marked with the fields you wish to have appended to matched records in HubSpot.
There is no limit on number of fields appended, many clients choose around 50, but we do have instances with more.
Please review the Installation Instructions and contact your Account Manager with any questions. It is best to do this before you begin your install.
Once the data selections are complete, the Agile team will set up your driving order and provide you with login credentials to the AgileConnect Dashboard.
At this point, follow the instructions listed in the Installation Guide to finish the setup of the HubSpot integration .
Once you have completed the steps in the Installation Guide, contact the Integrations team and your Account Manager so we can schedule your match and update jobs.Â
During your first match, AgileConnect will match all of the companies and contacts in HubSpot.Â
We will match records within your org, whether they are licensed or not. Unlicensed records are considered “Managed Records”.Â
Your update job will append data from the fields you previously selected. Note: This data will flow into custom properties that are created with the install.Â
Refer to the Prospecting page for more information on importing new educators into HubSpot. We recommend creating saved prospecting lists that mimic your data license. Remember to keep the limit to license box checked. These can be set to import automatically every week.Â
