Personal Information Rights

The California Consumer Privacy Act (California Civil Code Section 1798.83, “CCPA”) permits residents of California to request certain details about the data we have collected about you, request deletion or change to the data. Much of the data we maintain within our Education Database is sourced from publicly available information or is provided to us voluntarily from schools and their respective school districts. Some personal information may be appended to your school-related information. This information is not collected through Agile Education Sites but acquired from a third party. This information may be shared with our partners as outlined within this Privacy Policy.

Agile never sells or discloses any information about our clients. Any client-related information is used solely on a transactional basis as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

To request information we have in our database, please e-mail [email protected] or call 1.866.783.0241 x107. In addition, you can request certain information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. This request may be made once a year. Additionally, you may appoint an agent to make any above request on your behalf, however, we may require evidence of such appointment to comply with any request made by agents.

To minimize the possibility that information is accessed improperly, Agile must use reasonable methods to verify the identity of the requestor before responding. If we cannot verify the requestor, we will either deny the request or ask for additional identifying information. It is our goal to respond to your request for the collected information, the deletion or changes to the information we maintain within 45 days of receiving that request. If we require more time or unable to comply with your request, we will inform you of the reason and inform you of the extension period for completion in writing.
